I think this is a smart move on Paul's behalf. Perfect opportunity to expand the populous movement for state sovereignty though upholding the 10th amendment.
Ron Paul is a damn great man and I support him 100%, Paul and others supporting this bill are merely doing what the states are supposed to do and could do if they weren't so dependent on and tangled in the web of federal redistribution. But we all no The government can't let the drug war end.
